I agree with all of them except Hart. I honestly think Kane should win.

Matthews can’t be in contention for the Hart when his team hasn’t lost a game without him in the lineup.

As much as I’d love a Leaf winning an award, it just doesn’t make sense.

Edmonton was expected to be a solid team. Playoffs at the minimum. And they have another player on a different line putting up a fairly similar point total.

Chicago straight up said they were gonna rebuild, did they not? Either way, no one expected Chicago to do as good as they are. And they are doing so good mainly because of Kane, with the help of Debrincat and Lankinen.

The Hart trophy is supposed to go to the MVP of his team. Kane is the MVP, easily.

How so? He’s leads defenseman in points and continues to log significant ice time while playing in all situations. Seems elite to me.

He's producing but Tampa Bay also has one the best offense in the league and logging minutes = usage/deployment by the coach. Now, yes Hedman is great during those minutes but overall, his level of play isn't as good as he's been the past seasons. In other words, he can be even better than he currently is. We'll see, he's probably in the top5 at the end of the season.

Even possibly Hart concidering how he is carrying Florida, playing with Duclair and Verhaegne. All those mentioned above have better linemates.
