He is better than Rask so I wouldn't mind him between Zuccarello and KK for a playoff run. I agree his contract is bad but he sent a 3rd as well and his NMC becomes a mntc this offseason so he would be eligible for the ED and its 20 teams he has to make himself available for so worst case scenario the Wild eat a bit of that contract, which will have 3 years remaining after this one, and trade him to a team who needs a 3C for some draft assets.

I think it will take more of a payoff for someone to take Johnson but I wouldn’t be opposed to him.

He's basically right, Yeah it's a late 1st round pick that will be basically a early 2nd round pick if the Lightning win the Stanley Cup. Either way it's nowhere near enough for Filip Hronek who'd be averaging 41 points over a 82 game schedule.
