You can't just say "we're going for it, all in" and then pay nothing you care about.


Hållander is a solid prospect. With Hall having the season that he is, i think it hurts his value. Who else is going to offer more? Buffalo needs to get some type of return for him. I might be willing to throw in SDA too. Its hard to judge what other teams are willing to offer.

also the going all in is more so reference to the Leafs trading assets for a one year rental.

Trading minimal assets for rentals is something like 12 teams do every year. Not an all in play. And nobody is thinking Hall is worthless after struggling to score in the desolate wasteland of Buffalo.
