Seattle??

I'm going to guess...nothing too significant. I have the protection list as:

Bertuzzi, Larkin, Mantha, Fabbri, Foegele, Svechnikov, Smith, Djoos, Hronek, Stecher, Greiss

So maybe Rasmussen?

It's just draft picks lmao. Is the 2022 2nd the issue? You think they're still going to be bad with RNH/Raymond/Foegele/Seider?

What the Sam hell is that trade? That caliber player is easily replaced via FA and Yzerman already said no to trading picks.

I think you underestimate a guy that can generate 0.5 PPG offense at age 24 with very good PK skills and small PP time. Maybe the 2022 2nd is too high, but perhaps that can be negotiated downward to a 3rd if you still think Detroit's going to be bad.

They are good picks. he's not close to worth this. It's just draft picks is not smart logic

Most common linemates the last two years, Staal and Svechnikov and he’s never had a .5 p/g. He’s close currently but he’s never done it and he’s also shooting well above his career average.

So you’re saying the difference is Rasmussen + 2 seconds (one being an extremely early pick in one of the best drafts ever). You’re also going against Yzerman saying he isn’t trading picks.

Yzerman is hoarding picks. Not giving them away.

100% that Yzerman protects Rasmussen, If we were to make such a deal and there's noway Yzerman is giving up 2 2nd round picks. the deal would be made after the expansion draft not before it.
