I also wore a sharks Thornton jersey, to a bruins home game vs the sharks. and i got critiqued by boston fans pretty heavily. they were kinda confused when i was cheering for the bruins tho lol.

I regret is not getting a Thornton jersey during his sharks tenure.

I do have the Canada World Cup jersey with Jumbo but Hopefully we’ll see jumbo with an actual cup soon (idk if he’ll get one this year 😬😬😬)

What? Why would anyone have any dislike for the Islanders or Barzal? Especially in the Hall of Fame, which you’d think would be the most diverse in terms of amount of fanbases present.

I live in Southern Ontario, and the only thing I’ve experienced while wearing a habs logo is lighthearted jokes from Leafs fans.

I mean nothing huge but kinda uncomfortable at some points, it was the summer JT left. Definitely met some nice people though who had a few laughs about it. Most of the “ridiculing” came from teenagers around my age. There was a big group of them, probably a part of some hockey team or sm, and it felt like I encountered them every place I went to 😂

Ummm I remember a sold out (only time that year) rink of fans (not just teenagers) embarrassing and ridiculing and mocking and buying tickets JUST to embarrass their former captain and making him feel like a steaming pile of crap.

Next game, he goes to his real fans in his real home and gets a real hero’s welcome. Never heard Scotiabank louder.
