I like the idea of getting Reinhart, but Buffalo is going to want a legit NHL player, young and under team control (in addition to a pick and a prospect (Holmstrom). I get that Leddy is a legit NHLer, but he is UFA soon. I don't want to do it but I think you take out Ishakov and on of the picks and replace it with either Beau or Wahlstrom.

I'm not that interested in Sam.

1) I don't know, he's a good player but I don't want to commit to him.
2) I don't think he'd love playing here after what happened with Griffin.

That is a good offer for Sam.
Leddy, great puck moving defenseman, better than any of Buffalo's
Holmström, decent but not great prospect.
Iskhakov, same as above
2022 1st round pick (NYI), and 2023 2nd round pick (NYI) most likely very late.
Leddy would bring back a decent return at the TDL.
The question is if either Holmström, or Iskhakov are mid six RW.
As good as this trade is IMHO Buffalo would need to pass.
While Buffalo could use a LHD now, Buffalo RW is soft.
I doubt the Pegula's would be willing to pack it in, but that decision was made, this is a good offer.
