Totally! We should have traded him for Tanev 3 years ago, Manson 2 years ago, or some other stay at home 3rd pair defender this year. He doesn't have the heart to pull through in the big moments like when the team is down by one in the dying moments or in overtime.

he was good all game, then lost positioning for half a second and missed a last ditch stick effort then literally won the game for the team on a goalie that the three 10 million dollar players hadnt scored on in almost 120 minutes.

I am appreciating what he did tonight. The last few minutes were absolutely brilliant from Nylander. I'm rooting for the guy, he has got absolutely insane potential with his insane mitts and well above average shot. It's just a shame he can't carry that kind of success into more games.

Yea, it was a full on defensive breakdown and the quick replay makes it look way worse for Nylander than it actually was. He could have been better but you could hear tbe people lining up to jump on him
