And if Dunn+Blais < Thomas or Kyrou, then I was adding a piece from Devils to make up the difference.

Wood for Thomas is very fair.

15 game sample at age 25... I'd probably take my chances with the veteran two-way C considering the personnel the Blues have (when healthy). Glad to hear he's playing better though.

Actually, just to watch things burn... Thomas was better than Hischier last year - outproduced him in fewer minutes and had much better 5v5 play.

wood has had a good year but its a huge stretch to ask for kyrou or thomas for him, theyre both already top 6 players, that would just be a complete downgrade for stl

Bozak for Wood is a no brainer, Thomas for Wood not, not even close to fair. Sanford for Wood is a lot closer straight up.
Wood has played much better this season. I've watched him a lot and he's never been this hungry and he's not even in a contract year. He was a driving force early on and looked better than Hughes in those first two games against Boston. That stated, he is 25 and not worth a good 2c center.
