I like Brannstrom on PP1, but I'm going to keep banging the two D on the top unit drum until DJ tries it. Brannstrom's skillset is better suited to being the top point man, but Chabot would be more effective on the halfwall in the one timer spot. He's got one of the nastiest shots in the entire NHL, and I feel like it isn't used to its full potential as a scoring option from up on the point (I believe he only has something like 2 powerplay goals in his career). Chabot has the ability to be one of those freak Dmen who can score 20 goals in a season, and putting him there can help him get there.
I would load up the top unit. Tkachuk as the netfront guy, Chabot right wall, Stützle left wall, Dadonov bumper spot and Brannstrom the point guy. Gives you the most dangerous possible 1st unit, and still leaves plenty of forward talent available for the 2nd unit. Only potential concern is no regular C on that unit, but Brady is usually the faceoff guy anyway on the PP.
PP2 would be Batherson and Norris on the left and right walls, White as the bumper guy, Paul as netfront guy (or Dzingel once he gets here) and whichever one of Reilly or Wolanin is in the lineup as the Point guy.
