Description

Never a bad idea to have as much extra depth as possible when the playoffs roll around. The NHL playoffs are the most grueling of them all! Having guys who have more playoff experience is even a bigger ++ when those runs go deep and younger players need to settle down and take it shift by shift.

Why would the leafs do that Flordia trade? You realize Campbell is about to come back? Drieger is good but we have a backup. We don't need a 3rd string at the cost of a first round pick. Besides aside from the good value it's really not a good idea for Flordia either.

I think hes gone as some teams gonna overpay him. Florida will need to save cap for Barkovs next deal in 2 years and has other names to resign and wont have the space to give Dreiger the contract he wants.

Ok, sure. But my point is we don't need a 3rd goalie, we already have 2 good ones. It would be a waste of a roster spot.

It's effectively a second-round pick if it's from Toronto.
