You are selling low on the Bogo signing. Hes doing exactly what was expected of him and done it well. A dependable 3rd pairing dman who eats a lot of PK time.

Seems like so many Leaf fans and Leaf haters expect so much from the Leafs lowest paid players. Bogosian, almost 15 minutes a game, including lots of PK. Has only taken 5 minors this season and is a plus 6. Take that all day for 1m

He's definitely the #6 guy. Dermott is clearly better than Lehtonen which puts him at #7 but Bogosian has had more than a few Ceci moments. He's fine on the 3rd pair but he's clearly the worst defender on the team pretty much ever night. But at 1 million he's fine.

I think most of the signings are the same low risk moves that didn't hurt anything. So none are bad and some are fantastic. Thornton is making a tonne of people look so dumb for doubting him. Simmonds has been really good. The Kap trade looks great in my opinion. He's been about .5 ppg in Pittsburgh and has bounced around their lineup trying to find a place. He's going to be the same thing he was in TO. Shows flashes of what you hope he can be and disappears for weeks on end. I think the 1st and Hallander will prove to be a huge overpay for him. I don't miss him one bit.
