Ennis before he came to Toronto had 22 points on Minnesota.

Spezza before he came to Tronto had 27 points on Dallas.

In fact, both players had worse seasons in their first year in Toronto than they did on their previous team.

But played less games in Toronto.

Those aren't examples of rebuilding a player. Neither player were down and out, they were both good complimentary players when they came to Toronto.

I wouldn't say that. Ennis had a better points-per-game in Toronto, and I can vouch that he was horrific with MIN.

he's being useful in the nhl so I was dead wrong

honestly in the end this was not a bad trade for the Leafs

Chucky seemed to be rejuvenated in Toronto and when he got going man could this man make some incredible plays

Canes win if we can get Korshkov to come over next season. I guess this sort of makes up for losing Dzingel, but if Korshkov doesn't come over then we just got an AHL middle pair defenseman.

Nah I think leafs win if he doesn't and if he does it's probably fair (unless he becomes a 3rd line forward or something). Galch was quite good considering he was quite cheap.

Yeah, he was actually better than I thought he would be apart from his assist on the game 5 OT winner.

LOL, forgot about that, but other wise he was quite good, and gave Toronto a much needed top 6 option (not trying to suggest he's top 6 lol, but it's easy to play top 6 beside Tavares and Nylander).

But who knows, Korshcov could turn out really well and they win this deal.
