Description

Make the trade now Nylander, might play on his brothers line and build chemistry when he returns off injury as well will be cheap next season to a bridge contract or QO, Chicago gets a player that can skate this season and a pick. Soupman is great but will shine more on 3rd line playing against a weaker D pairing. On the Vesey trade, it could be to any team for any pick as I don't think he is better than most of our taxi squad players.

Leafs Willie Nylander seems to be have enough trouble concentrating on his game, I certainly don't want him worrying about baby brother. Don't know why Alex will be a "cheap" sign next summer. Doesn't seem to be the way of the Nylander's....father and one son up to now. Leafs keep the devil they know in Engvall and Vesey.

Lower cap % then Pastrnak, higher cap % then Ehlers and Larkin, both only had one decent season before they signed while Nylander had two.

Right in line with his comparables. He got market value.

And he held out for term not $$.
