I don't disagree the need/surplus is there for both teams and value-wise I think it's fair...I just can't see Winnipeg moving Stastny.

He won't be...too much loyalty and so forth...But if I was to do this I would trade Harkins and Stastny for a retained Savard and Jenner

I disagree with "more than a 3C" in return as a 3C can be very valuable, it could be a guy like Kadri. I strongly agree that it is more than a 6+ million Stastny pending UFA

He'd be a #1 C on the BJ's. Stastny has been really good this year. I dont think he lands the jets Savard...that guys really good.
