I don’t think BOS is a fit for Eichel — they don’t have the prospects for it and they won’t trade a guy like McAvoy to make up for that. Just doesn’t seem like the right pieces are there and available for BUF.

I agree, and above is the only realistic trade really for him unless you do something around Pasta.

If youre trading Eichel, a #1C capable player is a requirement to come back. Also he should start scoring 5v5 if he wants to make demands

Boston declines. Boston is not trading Mac or Pasta so getting Eichel is not really an option for them.

How is this awful? For a top 10 center in the league Buf gets back 3 middle six players and a top pairng d man along with a 1st and 2nd. The value is right there

McAvoy is a top 5 RHD and a top 10 dman rn according to pretty much every source.
Studnicka is a top 6 prospect (lmao learn prospects)
Debrusk is a top 6 player (again thats just a fact u should really learn your stuff)
Freddy is middle 6 so u got that right, but he is young and will be a fantastic cost controlled middle 6 player for years to come

Not giving up a top 10 dman AND those 3 pieces, PLUS a 1st and a 2nd. It just makes no sense.

Choose: Quality or Quantity. but not both.

    Mcavoy and Studnicka for EIchel
    or
Studnicka, Urho, 1st, 2nd, Krejci, and Kase for Eichel
(and bruins reject both cuz they have no need to trade for Eichel lmaooooo)

    I agree
but yeah Bruins reject it anyway lmao, not giving up a top 10 dman AND our best prospectfor a top 10 C ...
might never be accepted tho cuz other teams might also not want to give up their big pieces.
If Eichel wants out and people arent taking the trade offers they might need to dip in value

i know my prospects thanks for asking and as its looking right now Frederic and Studnicka are both bottom 6 players. First round picks from 5 and 4 years ago just cracking a roster both with 1 point so far this year. Debrusk yes he is a top 6 player. Mcavoy is very good do not get me wrong but he is not a top 10 dman right now. Top 20 yes but not top 10

    No you are completely wrong.
Studnicka is literally projected to be a top 6 guy.
and Freddy is already playing 3rd line minutes in his rookie year

You are wrong. Do not try to argue back.

Boston and Buffalo are terrible trading partners for Eichel. Boston will not want to give up its key players, and they no longer have the resources for trading, all the more that Buffalo will need.

Funny, Analytics Corner rated Mac #9 overall d man. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Eichel was 10th C btw. He’s not McDavid. That package is ridiculous. The trade difference between Eichel and Mac is not that much. It’s certainly not Debrusk, 2 of their top 5 prospects, and 2 picks. If Mac pulled a PLD, Mac a 1st and a prospect for Eichel would be fairly close.

Take Mac and Thompson out you are much closer but Buffalo rejects that. As i said before, these teams don’t match up for an Eichel trade. Boston will not trade Mac or Pasta and they don’t have a premium prospect to offer.
