No I wouldn't give all that up for Geno at this point in his career.
Filip Johansson looked like bust until recently. He seems to finally be finding his game. That said I thinks Sens ask for more.

True story: i used to be a Wild season ticket holder and I decided to let my tix go around 4-5 years ago. I just didn’t like the direction idiot owner, Craig Leipold, and lap puppy GM Chuck Fletcher were taking the team. WAY too many all-in tdl moves giving away draft picks for a team nowhere near ready to be legit Cup contenders...
Anyway, i received a call from none other than former Wild player, Wes Walz trying to convince me to keep my tickets. He told me the Wild were in talks with Pittsburgh to acquire Malkin. He asked me, (paraphrasing) “would having a top 10 player in the world on the Wild make you reconsider?” I paused, thought about it for a moment, then replied, “No! The last thing the Wild need is another old player on a long term contract...even if the player is Evgeni Malkin!” Walz said, “Really?” I said, “Yes, really!” Call me back if they trade for a super star under 25.” Walz didn’t know what to say...

So...i imagine you can guess my interest level for the Malkin trade you are proposing here...

Haha I know I just figured it would be fun to watch Kaprizov and Makin together.

I applaud tempering the Malkin nonsense by adding a slightly reasonable trade for yet another bottom 6 c, very ok brand for MIN.

I would accept this if I was in charge of the Penguins, but they probably wouldn't

I know other former STHs with a very similar story. I gave up mine a few years ago too. I don't regret it one bit.
