I just said Mo. Dermott hasn't been for the past 2 years, while Dunn has just had a bad start. We can even sell higher on him in the future

I think you guys are underrating Dunn - he's only 24, already elite and still getting better. Muzzin and rielly are the only two D that are better than him right now. I doubt a 33 YO muzzin is going to better than dunn next season.

Some of those games were 7D games. In general I don’t think he has played more than 10 min a night, sometimes less. He has been really good defensively but is still lacking the confidence to jump up in rushes. He has all the tools. Whoever gets him (my guess is Seattle) will be really pleased.

I wouldn't exactly say struggling. Sure, the offence hasn't been there, but I've found him to be real good so far this season. Very reliable.

mmm, that's a bit much, imo. I appreciate the talent that this kid has, but he's never had to play in an unsheltered role, and as much as people like to rag on the Leafs D, Rielly, Muzzin, and Brodie are all very good quality Dmen.

Now you are talking. I’m sure my fellow Leaf fans will not support that but it’s inevitable that Rielly gets moved. Mainly because of the flat cap. Something has to give to keep this team competitive and he will command 7-8 mil on he’s next deal

The sheltered role doesn't mean much because his quality of teammates is very low. Dunn's role is harder than if he was facing top competition with more skilled teammates.

Muzzin and Rielly are still better than Dunn, but by next season in an increased role Dunn will likely be a top 20 D man.
