NJD fans may disagree but if they dont think Palmieri is gonna re-sign (i have no idea if he will or not) then i think thats a good deal for them. A pending UFA netting them 2 2nds and a solid roster player i think is good value. Guess it kind of depends on how NJ views Kase and his injury history and whatnot.

I disagree. I think Palmieri will end up resigning with the Devils since he is from the area and could be the next captain (even though it should be Nico). However if the Devils are bad at the deadline and there are no extension talks, Devils should trade him. That package could be fair but Devils would want a first.

Kase and first for Palmieri (50% retained)

Totally,.. I can definitely see him re-signing. Particularly after not being dealt last year as well... seems like NJD really values him beyond just a player. We're not far off on value for the trade either, I definitely think BOS would be hesitant to give a 1st due to the fact that their farm system is pretty scarce. While, I still think Kase, Wolff, 2 2nds is fair, it could be a case where if Palmieri is available, another team outbids that offer.

That is MUCH more than enough for Palmeri. Take out a 2nd and Wolff and the bruins MIGHT MIGHT MIGHT think about it.
Bruins dont want or need Dunn. Its that simple

sooooo how is trading an rfa second liner that has put up decent stats when he plays not worth anything? am i missing something here? 2 seconds would probably get it done for palmieri who would be a rental for all other teams at this point unless they signed him to an extension.
