I dislike a lot of things...

1: No Hyman... Bring him back. He's awesome for the Leafs

2: Larsson/Chiasson/Koivu are all really bad players. Koivu will be 75 next year, Chiasson is the Oilers 15th forward behind Juhjar Khaira, and Larsson doesn't seem like a good fit at 3.5M (get Demelo, play him with Sandin)

3: Danault doesn't want to play 3C on any NHL team. He wants to be THE GUY. I could see Minnesota offering him a contract for 5x5.

4: That Vegas deal is brutal. Carrier is an overpaid 4th liner. Whitecloud is nice, but not necessary. We could rock with Sandin/Liljegren.

Why do Leafs fans think Kerfoot and Engvall are attractive pieces that teams want to acquire? Kerfoot is a decent 3C, but has an expensive cap hit(he is worth his money, but that's still an expensive commitment) and Engvall is paid more than some of the best 4th liners in the NHL right now, yet can't lock down a roster spot inside the lineup.

Most teams in the league have a decent 3C and almost every team has good 4th liners.
