IMO:
-Guddy was a win. Basically had him for a year for free, and got exactly what the team gave up for him to turn around and upgrade to Shatty.
-Milano/Shore was a win for Anaheim, given that Shoresy was a rental. Milano has upside, but if he doesn't pick it up, could end up on the outside looking in with all of the young guys coming up. Trading a rental for a young guy who needed a change of scenery, and had team control left was pretty solid.
-Spronger is a d-bag. Guy has all the talent in the world, but has no interest in working for it. Should have sent him to Siberia. Djoos was a good pickup, and played well for the Ducks...too many LD's on the roster, and nowhere to put him unfortunately. I'll still declare this a win for Anaheim, if only because Sprong is a donkey.
-Heinen was a decent pickup. Don't think he has more upside that Ritchie, but given Boston's depth, it was pretty surprising that they took him over a d-man.
-Kase trade was a huuuuge win for the Ducks. Don't forget that they also picked up a 1st (Jacob Perreault) in the deal as well.
Sometimes I think GMBM is a dummy...but he was arguably 5 for 5 on these deals. Not too bad...
