In some ways I get that but I don't know, getting a young legit 1C to play 2C would be pretty amazing. Especially since we need a 2C.

honestly I would do a deal involving Strome and Kakko and a pick (as friedman noted). Kakkos great and all but Kravtsov could push him out and rangers have an issue down the middle which PLD solves. Moving Kreider to RW allows for Laf to be on a proper line and he will thrive with it.

I don't know, I'd rather not trade Kakko for PLD (or at all). Unless somehow we could attach Trouba, then I'd definitely do it haha.

Strome, Lundvist, Gautier, 1st, 2nd might be the better option(or similar). Chytil is looking really good and Buch is finally a well rounded player. Plus this top 9?!?!?

Would much prefer that package but unfortunately I don't think it's good enough for CBJ. Chytil has been great but has always been streaky. You're essentially upgrading Chytil to Dubois and have Strome to play the 3C role he was always meant to play. Buch is great and is having an awesome season but we have so many wingers including Krav who I see as Buch's long-term replacement regardless. And Gauthier doesn't really have much trade value.

Panarin-Zibanejad-Kravtsov
Lafreniere-Dubois-Kakko
Kreider-Strome-Gauthier

Ya those look nice too. I mean, would it hurt to wait till after the season... 1OA or 2OA is a nice LHD hahahaha and I'm loving Miller so far
