What happened to Matthews?

I haven't been impressed with Nylander tried at C yet. But Nylander has also impressed me with his play so far this year. What about trying:
Mikheyev Tavares Marner
Kerfoot Nylander Hyman

That way Nylander has two defensively responsible forwards to help bail him out if needed. Anyway just a thought.

Nylander may end up being a liability on the face-off dot, which is something the Leafs have seriously upped their game on this year so far. Hopefully they leave him on the wing.

Edit: Not to Nylander's fault, can't be good at face-offs if you don't get any opportunities.

Also being a Centre doesn't just mean taking faceoffs. Traditionally the Centre has taken them, however we see coaches playing percentages more with strong and weak zone.
