Look I’m all for the quality over quantity but I’m trying to do trades without kakko bc I doubt they pull the trigger on him this early. This deal is quality, you get a guy in Buch who has only gotten better in his development and is now an extremely effective top 6 on both sides and has well rounded his game. An offensive defenseman (yes I understand defense isn’t there) but has grit as well. Yea it’s also been reported if kakko isn’t in the deal it’s chytil plus. Not to mention we’ll see if jarmo even gets what he wants.

Chytil is nowhere near the same league as Pierre-Luc Dubois, Jarmo will want a comparable center back in return. And Chytil isn't that Centerman.

Why would Columbus have any interest in DeAngelo what so ever? Jarmo is already going to give big money both to Seth Jones and Zach Werenski, Possibly in the neighborhood of $10 million to $11 million per each long term. that last thing they need is to give any more big money to Tony DeAngelo on top of it.

At the very least they keep him for two years and flip him for more assets
