I am still fairly new at this and can't figure out how I go about conducting a contract extension on my existing roster. Thanks for any help.

You can’t thats how, you can’t extend players in armchair gm but if the players contract would be expired that year you can resign them

OK, that's what I thought, but I've noticed other armchair GM's have several of their roster re-signed with significant raises, so I'm wondering how they went about it. ??

Is it possible you're looking at teams set a year or two in advance?

Maybe. I'm not going to worry about it anymore until the off season. I've got a considerable number of contracts expiring in the off season and some guys I don't want to lose for nothing. Thanks.
