Idk I think smith is exactly what this team currently could really use. He’s vocal which helps keep younger guys like jones and bear more organized in own end which both those players specifically should be strongly looked at sitting out a game or two. Fierce and intensity are two other traits I think the team could really use. I don’t hate smith like most obviously he’s not a top tier goalie he does bring several traits that are helpful. I’d chase around for a new 3G that can keep smith on his toes. In a more joking manner we could just strap on a set of pads to Russell.
