John Leonard; Sharks rookie has already been making an impactful debut - with praise coming from the coaches regretting not utilizing him more. Look for #43 in SJS vs STL as he could become a winning ingredient for the Sharks.

first game was alright, Id say 5-6/10 "score". Looked like he was clearly taking it easy IMO - not trying to kill himself and trying to ease into the game; although that first game he ended up playing a franchise record (for season opener) 32 minutes lmfao.

second game he actually played well, was one of the few players you couldnt be "mad" at. Even tho game one he was on for all the goals I would "blame" him for any.

The main issue is coming from Simek being injured. Ferraro should be the top pair but its vlasic being on the top pair instead (he hasnt been god awful tho), and Burns not playing amazing. Simek being injured is a glaring issue thats very noticeable and we havent found a 3rd pair that clicks. Its basically Mario and Karlsson playing on the backend.

The panthers have Barkov, Huberdeau, and some third liners up front. They lost two of their more exciting forwards in Hoffman and Dadonov.

Dumba off to a solid start this year. First game he had a few really good chances on the PP but couldn't find the back of the net, last night he looked great and scored 2 goals. Excited to see him build on this and return to the player Wild fans know he can be.
