Its done because Dell is unlikely to make it through waivers. To keep him as the 21st man, Lehtonen needs to go to the taxi squad for a bit until the waiver dumps are finished and teams desperately needing backup goalies have made some moves. (see New Jersey, St Louis, Chicago, Washintgon and I feel I'm forgetting one)

Robby is still a guy who could be. Barabanov is also waiver exempt like Robertson and wouldn't show up on lists today. I made an assumption it went with Barabanov on the roster though.

Robertson just doesn't seem like an NHL ready player yet. He's got a great shot and can get to shooting positions but the rest of his game is still weak. Doesn't win puck battles, gets pushed off the puck easily, struggles in the defensive end, etc.
