Frolik Weal Perry Ouellet Juulsen Lindgren Belzile Olofsson probably

With the taxi squad and the NHL /Government rules on quarantine of a player.I really don’t see to many major deals being done or movement.Probably lots of minor league deals for when the other league open up. Plus the NHL open up Jan 13 so it’s a time and a player having to learn there system. Tight game schedule also a issue.

Unless MB plans on taking away 30% of Evans’ salary by calling him up and sending him down in paper transactions during off-days. (which would be pretty crappy for Jake) These are likely the players that will be placed on waivers:

- Corey Perry
- Michael Frolík
- Jordan Weal
- Alex Belzile
- Laurent Dauphin
- Joseph Blandisi
- Brandon Baddock
- Xavier Ouellet
- Noah Juulsen
- Gustav Olofsson
- Charlie Lindgren

I’d be most worried about losing Perry or Juulsen, but hopefully the injuries scare other teams away from Juulsen.

Don't think anybody would take on Juulsen because of his injury history, but it's likely we lose Perry. Is it possible that we can just scratch players rather than have them on the Taxi Squad? I'd rather Perry just be a healthy scratch,

The team wouldn’t be cap compliant then. Unless again, they send Evans down in paper transactions, which would take away 30% of his pay. And he wouldn’t be able to play opening night.

MB already said he would do things like that in order to build up some cap space.

Well I guess we’ll see on Monday.
