League compliance rule; need anything over 7.5% of cap (6.1125m) in cap space, so 10.195-6.1125=4.082m to Start on day one. Here we're ok.
Yet that has nothing to do with what we'll need for bonuses at year end, probably 7m ish. Here we'd have to make up 1.9m by year end.
