I agree. Some people go as far as to say Nylander is worth more than Marner due to cap hit. It's stupid in my opinion. The only reason that the leafs would want Huberdeau over Marner is for cap hit. Otherwise, he's not an upgrade.

I think Nylander is criminally underrated by most and really hope he learns to add an element of urgency to his game. If he does that, his skill could take him to unreal Heights but that is a different story all together. Marner is an elite playmaker and is only 23 and already has a 90 point season and would have come close last season had he played a full 82 games. Those are incredibly rare and every team wants them.
