I think he’s gonna be given every opportunity to get a roster spot on the bolts. So if he does, yes

I'm not sure if he's able to sign a 3 year ELC at this point (see Alex Green), but with the AHL being a mess this season, I'd rather hold off on the contract until after the season. We have more quality forwards than we expected to have this season with Kucherov going on LTIR, and Joseph and Volkov are going to be playing more depth roles than we would ideally be able to play them in.
