let's see, his first year the leafs playoff goaltending was all over the place and their defence was a train wreck and Kadri took himself out of the line up with a dumb ass move but they still took the 2nd best team in the league to 7 games.
then his 2nd year they got good goaltending, but then ran into insane goaltending.
