I’m probably the habs fan who likes Poehling the least on this website, but I wouldn’t do this. The last thing we need is another LHD.

MTL declines that, and while Poehling is probably a bottom 6 guy as a ceiling that’s considerabymore than Hajek.

Poehling is more useful to the Habs than Hajek so Habs decline especially since he could get a bigger role if we don’t resign Danault

Terrible attempt at a swap. This makes less than zero sense for the Habs even with their depth at centre peohling has a ton of potential still and this random player they’re getting in return looks like the 10th best prospect in the Habs LHD pipeline if they made the trade.
