With little cap space left among most decent teams and contenders, the list is likely narrow as I doubt any bottom dweller (LA, Det, Ott, etc...) would give up a more than likely lottery pick for Cirelli. The Lightning's SBNation page just recently had an article on this if you go and look for it.
