I'm making an all-star team based on what I want in a forward and a defenceman

In a forward, I want good vision, physicality, a good shot, a guy who wins 50/50 battles, good hands, and a guy who isn't afraid to go in front of the net

In a defenceman, I want good vision, good puck moving, good retrievals, physicality, a good point shot, good defensive play, and a guy who isn't afraid to block shots

Based on this, I chose my all-star team

Judging by the fact that I see Stecher ahead of Ekblad I can infer that line combos didn't put the best players at the highest lineup spots. That said, I wouldn't be a true Leafs fan if I didn't say... MATTHEWS ON THE 4TH LINE???

You have 8 of the best forwards in the league and then threw in a sophomore who had a bad season but a good playoffs, a rookie yet to play an NHL game, and a bottom six grinder. Interesting lol
