The Bruins are getting old and I think they only have 1 real run left in them

If I was Sweeney, i would let Rask, Halak and Kreji walk in free agency next year and retool a bit. Bring in some more youth

I OSed Dunn, but I think they could trade for him of they dont want to send an OS

I dont think the Blues will be able to match it with their current cap situation unless they find a way to move Steen or Faulk which seems very unlikely

Chara is on LITR as a wild card. idk if hes re-signing. If he does, send McKegg to the AHL/trade Ritchie the goon or maybe send down Lauzon idk

Maybe if chara doesn't sign anywhere and they need him they sign him late in the season. Maybe a bit less for Dunn

The bruins spent all these assets and resources drafting and developing left side d men. Time to find out if they’re good. If there was a Nate schmidt out there for a 3rd round pick, i would be all for it, but i think they should enter the season with the youth. If they’re a really good team that clearly needs help on the left side, that’s a deadline issue.
