I wouldn’t go for Andy Greene to be on your top pair if you want to contend, but if Marchand, and Pastrnak is on the LTIR, then you wouldn’t have much money especially when they come off of it. I just wouldn’t trust Greene.

I just think they have too many players at RW, especially when Pasta comes back, and if Greene is the guy they bring in at LHD, I’d rather roll with the young guys and see where it goes.

Bruins have been contenders for a number of years and will be in the future. Probably the best managed cap of any successful NHL team. As long as Marchand and Pasta are ready for the playoffs, Bruins should be top contenders in the East. Tampa with their cap situation won't be as good, and Bruins are as good as really any team in the East.
