Agree on the firdt part, I dont think Philly can afford him in 2 years unless they let Couts walk

Cameron Hillis looks like an underrated prospect, not a top prospect, but a solid one though. He’s a bit on the short side but that doesn’t seem to have hindered him much. He seems to be well over his injuries, and headed to the AHL. Including a late 2nd (TBL), and a 3rd (WSH), really sweeten the pot. It’s just that Byron’s three year contract disrupts the Senators rebuild, holding a roster spot that a rookie could fill, and gain experience. It’s fine for one season, but two isn’t optimal, and three hinders the Senators. There’s only 12 forward roster spots, and the Sens have a lot of forwards coming up to join the current core.

The Senators forwards next season, 21/22, in no particular order
Tkachuk
Balcers
Formenton
Paul
LBrown
Norris
White
Tierney
Dadonov
Batherson
CBrown
Watson
Chlapik
Abramov

That’s 14, signed and expected in Ottawa

Oh, Stuetzle makes 15, but not signed yet

Jesus you guys really have no clue about Johnny, are you really offering a 50 pt player and a bottom 6 forward for a guy who was 1 pt shy of 100 pts a season ago, a starting point is either KK or Suzuki otherwise Flames laugh in your face.

Not just Habs fans though, every team have their closed minded homers.

I laugh at some of these guys that can't understand when another teams fans don't want the guy every fan from their team seems to be trying to trade off the team. They argue and argue, why won't you take our player we don't want, he's good, we just don't want him, but he's really good, but we really don't want him anymore.

It might be worse when they target one of your best players after he had a down season. Gaudreau's value dipped, but that can change pretty quickly.

Ok I understand so according to your backwards logic last year the Jets should have traded Laine for Tyler Toffoli or something ahahaha. You're an idiot

The fact that you called it smart people things makes it sound like either you're 14 or just developmentally challenged, either way you aren't worth arguing with. Gaudreau is worth more than a 2nd line center whos career high is 53 pts, if you don't understand that im sure that Oilers pfp has nothing do with it.

Bro your bias is so obvious rn just stop you dont have a clue what you're talking about, show me all the advance stats you want but you aren't convincing anyone reasonable that Danault is better than Johnny, it just makes you look more and more like a hurt Oilers fan. Were talking about a literal 40 pts gap in the players thats all that matters, arguments done.
