Boy there alot to unpack here, Dallas has 2 goalies in their mid 30s not trading a young goalie prospect. No to lucic, no to vlasic its just too much money for too long. I'll take kylignton but not sure why Calgary does it. Id love korpisalo but id hate to move zadina.

Why did Stevie Y even sign B.Ryan if everyone is still expecting to come in last place or close to it and win the lottery and get A.Raty #1 overall?

Cap dump is decent in value but I highly doubt the Sharks do that.

Raty is not a guarenteed #1 there are still like 4 players evenly fighting for that spot this draft. I think Red Wings will still probably be a bottom 5 if not bottom 10 team so they will have a solid chance at getting him. Also, a lot of people make these ACGMs in hopes of what they want to happen.

I’m really not feeling Zadina very much anymore. Just losing trust, but I guess we shall see what he does in the next year or two. I guess the point I’m getting across there is, I don’t think he is sticking around.

Have you seen him play recently? In Europe, he's lighting it up and he was doing pretty well near the end of last year and has shown tremendous progress in my mind. I'd say give him this year to surprise you if not then sure you can be down on him.

Ya I am giving him another year, Hopefully he steps up big. We need to compete this year and that would be an easy fix. Well complete for last

If you're wanting to compete, trading away Zadina (one of our best prospects if he still counts as a prospect) for a wayyy worse prospect is not that way to do it. Trade him away for some stellar older talent if you wanted to compete. Not saying I'd want to do this, trading him away in general would be a huge mistake in my eyes.

Come on Zadina's value is higher then this crap, Zadina has 3 points since returning from injury 2 goals 1 assist. He's red hot right now and that deal is laughingly bad for Detroit.

Detroit declines the Zadina trade, Detroit declines the Shark trade Vlasic makes too much for to long of term. Detroit declines the Lucic deal and the JVR deal no thanks to either one. All trades are horrendously bad for Detroit. Steve Yzerman is GM now not Ken Holland.

I’m not saying it’s THE trade. I just didn’t feel like putting picks in, wasn’t too worried on value there just who is involved. Sorry should have said something, it was the first trade I did and I did this whole thing pretty quick. So ya not sayin these are legit trades. Just trying to half ass projected moves we may make in the next few years and what it could look like lineup wise/who’s left after that many years.

Compete for last! Like not be 20 points behind 2nd last. Just to randomly date it I would think next season. The way ya’ll are talking it sounds like this guy is gunna get a point per game! I’m down with that. Have not given up on him but if people keep talking like this he better be incredible when he plays full time.
