Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

So this challenge is to try to build the best possible roster under the cap hit only by chosing players that got your initials (mine are ESM) with a few restrictions:
You can't take any player with a cap hit higher than 6.75M.
You can't take a rookie player but can take as many elc as you want.

Not a bad idea except most people probably don't want to share their initials.
