I agree... I did this as a cap thing. The 1 year deal was high, who knows what trend that sets. I'm merely hypothesizing. I think Iafallo is a bit of a better version of the same thing at the same price. Feel free to mentally remove that trade and the Iaffalo signing and re-evaluate from there.

I like Nino and I agree he would fit the line up but Idk if hes the best use of the cap dollars for Detroit.

Cap dollars and picks. Carolina with out trading Nino would be over the cap. And Wings are not taking on cap casualties and giving up picks. The main thing is there are very few teams that can take on over 5 million in AAV, so again I like him but I doubt I pay that.

This is all completely hypothetical but I think Svech takes it to another level this season and would make north of 7.6 AAV on a 6 year deal. Not sure why I'm solely focusing on that given all the moving parts of this ACGM but that's my contribution
