I could see Jim wanting to add one more depth centerman but only to play in the AHL to be needed in case of injuries.

Also think if Ferland goes LTIR to start the year hes done for his career. May as well add a depth dman to fill that cap space as LTIR relief cannot be used for elc bonuses.

Don’t see the need to add another C contract. Depth D maybe only if RHD. Rather run with the F’s if Ferland goes on LTIR. I believe his career is over too bad.

Current D depth albeit many rookies but I can live with it due to our tight cap & vet contracts needing to expire. OJ & Rathbone could platoon & Rafferty the same with Benn. Develop the kids slowly spreading out TOI in a compressed season. It’ll always come down to health but if we can avoid getting hemmed in our end better that should go a long ways.
