Just my opinion but I wouldn't give up Norlinder. He has a higher ceiling than Romanov and Guhle.

If the Rangers are gonna trade Buch I dont think they would want a first the ask would probably be a center. Also he is more likely to get 5x5 than 4x4. He may not put up a ton of points but he was on pace for almost 60 this season and is great analytically and although it says he can play LW he is terrible on the left has to be the right

He’s kidding, he’s trying to make the worse move to piss MTL fans. He hates every Habs player xD Henrique isn’t worth Norlinder alone

Personally I don't touch that Anaheim trade, and I re-sign Danault before acquiring Henrique

GMs is my only blocked player on this website. Of course he hates me. Where I do think Habs fans are too high on many players, I like Henriques fit here - that wasn't meant to be a troll. Wasn't aware Norlinder was the next coming of Hedman.

His ceiling is higher than Romanov you should check out some of his highlights he almost pulled off a Lacross type goal but didn't get the puck quite high enough over the goalies shoulder. If you are going to propose trades for another team perhaps check out what you are trading before you post.

I do this for fun. How many people honestly form a full research project for each thread. Some ideas work, some don't. I know what I'm getting into making habs threads as a generic 4th liner is treated as gold and a mid tier prospect is somehow better than most other teams best prospect - many of the fans sill see an attempt lacross style goal and immediately label them as an elite talent. But, who am I to say - I don't see Romanov as any better than a #4 defenseman. I want to see him play NHL hockey before I take the words of the fans alone.

I understand how there might be a troll mentality, but you have to see it both ways. The amount of ridiculous trades MTL fans make robbing other teams is frustrating for all the other fanbases. I think you have a pretty decent reputation in staying level headded relative to some of the other AGM MTL fans.

I'm here to translate ideas to paper. I like Henriques fit, I have a sense of his value, and I interpreted this Norlinder guy about what Guhle is on the ducks. Won't claim to have knowledge I don't, nor do I want people to read into these threads as if I am a professional scout. Just a casual fan posting on what should be a casual website.

I agree with your assessment of Romanov right now. I have never thought he was going to be the savior to the Habs defense but more of a #3 or #4 D man. If he gets higher than that bonus but I don't expect he will. Norlinder on the other hand has been compared to both Headman and Karlsson by the likes Button and Mackenzie among others. His own coach in Finland (former NHLER Steve Staios) says he is one of the best defenseman he has ever coached in terms of Hockey IQ
