ARI would decline that imo. Adding Keller puts it too far over the edge. WPG probably declines because they need a future 2C and Rielly only has 2 years left on his deal. CAR probably declines too because if they really wanted to they would have signed a goalie in FA. Plus TOR would have to take back one of their goalies

that was what I was going to do originally but wanted to include a centre so there wouldn't be a big gap down the middle.

I think this rebuild was pretty cool, although I wouldn't see it happening. I liked how Dallas added Jason Robertson reuniting the Robertson brothers, that would be pretty cool to see.

Detroit has no use for Kerfoot. Too much cap and term for what he brings means he has negative value to them.

I doubt any team would trade for Matthews. He's an elite center/goal scorer, sure, but no team really has the cap to take him. Also, the amount of assets that Toronto would want would be way too high. No team can really afford 3+ premium assets for one player and still round out a quality roster. A trade like that just isn't feasible in the salary cap era, in my opinion.
