the 1st problem with this team is Kassian being an eye soar on the top line.

Either way the team looks a lot more complete then it did a year ago. In hindsight sure would have been nice to play Toffoli 4.2M then Kassian 3.2M but Holland was trying to get business out of the way early can't fault him for not predicting Covid cap.

At least he'll only play there if he outplays Puljujarvi, rather than being the defacto winger last season. I think the competition will help him, always seems to be what gets him going. For 2/3 of last season, he scored like a top line winger, then spend 1/3 scoring like a 4th liner...if Pulju can step in when he falls off that cliff once in a while, we are in good shape.

When Kahun gets 25 goals playing with Draisaitl we will see how many Sabre fans will think Adams is a brilliant GM.

Kassian is McDavid's bodyguard - otherwise i wouldnt have him there. He did show some flashes of brilliance for the few seconds he played on that top line during the playoffs.
