NO ELC (no contracts under a million [No Goodrow or Thornton for example])
Must be 21 Players

MUST NOT EXCEED 4 PLAYERS FROM A COUNTRY but you MUST HAVE 4 players from 5 different countries (20 players from 4 different countries) - with 1 player on the team being from a single country not already represented (you’ll see in my team).

For example you Cannot have McDavid,Crosby, Mackinnon, Burns, Price as there’s 5 Canadians so 1 would have to go. Nor can you have 2 Canadians or 3 Americans: you must have 4 players from 5 countries with a 6th country having 1 player.
