Tampa would solve all their cap issues. They need to bite the bullet and lose a good player, either way. Much like Vegas had to trade Schmidt for spare parts.

Colin White sure doesn't look like one at this point and Abramov is far from a sure thing. If Winnipeg is going all futures for Laine, they will want high end, blue chip kind of guys, like Thomson and Brannstrom, not long shot guys.
