Did you watch any of the playoff games? Cogs isn’t an NHL player any more imo. If Cogs didn’t get hurt, Kivi would have never played and we don’t make it past Rado. Only two assists on a long playoff run. He does nothing for transition or zone entry. And everybody talks about his strong defensive game but every time I watch him he’s always chasing the play. He will have a spot on the roster cause of his contract, but guys like Kivi, Caamano, and L’Esp all have more upside while still being capable defensively. Cogs cap hit isn’t really an issue as we need the money for Miro next year, but I’d like to see him moved so he doesn’t keep better players out of the lineup
