Why is zibanejad on the 3 line ?

Swap line 2 & 3 and then it’s looking better

3rd pair D is absolutely going to get crucified.

Its basically just 3 scoring lines. Not necessarily lines 1, 2, and 3. Depending on how they are playing will determine who is playing the most

Bold move putting your best player on the 3rd line

Lemieux won’t get that much money, I do think chytil kreids and Buch could be a good line and it splits up the top three lines into real good lines

I see the logic. If the Rangers want to put three prospects into their top nine, they ahve to end up with a line with two new guys, and that line is likely not as effective as the other two, even if it's got Zibanejad on it, but if it's got Zibanejad, it might be close.
