Just give all your top 6 forwards 19 minutes a game. Top 4 D all get 23 minutes a game. A guy like Josh Ho-Sang gets like 15 and everyone else like 9-6 a game.

Ladd and Hickey buried again, possibly Kom and Boychuck. Buttercluck too, most likely bought out. JGP is an nhler, he's not being buried. No choice but to trade 2-3 1-2yr dumps for a worse long term dump for 1yr cap saving, ie Parise Pateryn for Boychuck Buttercluck Komarov.
JHS is not an nhler, Kkkk and Chara will want a bit more. Chara would have many suitors, doubt he goes to the piles. The bottom 6 are all spares or ahlers. Sorokin will be starter.

Pageau won't be going anywhere. They just signed him and more than likely won't be turning around and trading him right away. If the Islanders are going to trade any of their centers it'll be Cizikas he's a UFA after the season and unless Lou can pull off a miracle there won't be cap space to re-sign him.

I don't care what anyone says Cizikas is the exact same type of player as Pageau he's just under rated because he plays on the Islanders, but how many 4th liners can claim they scored 20 goals playing exclusively on the 4th line. The list is pretty short.
